Based on our continually expanding fleet of CNC turning machines we are able to meet orders for high precision and high quality production of special components even within a short time frame.
To manufacture complex components requiring high precision cutting operations it is indispensable to use a CAM system for designing the cutting process and working out the CNC program.
The precondition for using the CAM system is to have the 3D CAD designs of the components to be manufactured.
Our design engineers use PTC Creo softwares for performing the 3D CAD modelling tasks, as a result of which the product development stage is drastically shortened and through the automation of the tasks it is possible to avoid design errors.
By means of the software it is possible to analyse and optimise the entire product development and manufacturing technology.
Within the entire product development and manufacturing process the application of further special modules makes it possible to design the tools, to carry out the finite element analysis, optimisation, and the programming of CNC machining operations and of the tool and component manufacturing process.
Of further assistance are to our production engineers the TopSolid CAM softwares.
